Section 24.03A.275 - Registered agent of foreign nonprofit corporation(1) Each registered foreign nonprofit corporation in this state shall designate and maintain a registered agent in this state.(2) The designation and maintenance of a foreign nonprofit corporation's registered agent are governed by chapter 23.95 RCW.
