Section 24.03A.250 - Application and renewal(1) The secretary of state shall develop an application process for new and existing corporations to apply for public benefit nonprofit corporation status.(2) Public benefit nonprofit corporation status must be renewed annually. The secretary of state may schedule renewals in conjunction with the corporation's annual report.
