Section 11.96A.290 - Superior court-Venue

As used in RCW 11.96A.260 through 11.96A.320, "superior court" means:

(1) Before the commencement of any legal proceedings, the appropriate superior court with respect to the matter as provided in RCW 11.96A.040; and

(2) if legal proceedings have been commenced with respect to the matter, the superior court in which the proceedings are pending.
