Section 115.13 - Land in city of Philadelphia; consent to purchase The consent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby granted, in accordance with the seventeenth clause, eighth section of the first article of the Constitution of the United States, to the acquisition by the United States of America of two parcels of land situate in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, State of Pennsylvania, to be used for a Veterans Administration Hospital.
Parcel 1
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Southeasterly line of Woodland Avenue and the Southwesterly line of University Avenue; thence along the Southwesterly line of University Avenue, the following five courses and distances:

Commencing at a point on the Southeasterly line of Woodland Avenue, said point being the point of curve of the curve connecting the Southeasterly line of Woodland Avenue with the Northeasterly line of University Avenue; thence North 70°18'07" East a distance of 83.032 feet to a point; thence South 26°36'41" East a distance of 252.019 feet to the point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning South 26°36'41" East a distance of 197.998 feet to a point; thence along a continuation of said line South 26°36'41" East a distance of 291.723 feet to a point; thence South 61°28'36" West a distance of 27.406 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of University Avenue; thence on a line extending in a Northwesterly direction on a curve to the left having a radius of 2014.810 feet an arc distance of 293.677 feet to a point of compound curve; thence continuing in a Northwesterly direction on a curve to the left having a radius of 545 feet an arc distance of 264.504 feet to a point; thence South 79°00'50" East a distance of 83.588 feet to the beginning.
