Section 120.141 - General provisions

The Governor is hereby authorized to cede to the United States civil and criminal jurisdiction over a certain tract of land situate in Adams County of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, known as the Raven Rock Site subinstallation of Fort Ritchie, Maryland. Such jurisdiction shall remain in the United States for so long as the United States retains an interest in the Raven Rock Site and no longer.
