Current through Pa Acts 2024-53, 2024-56 through 2024-111
Said highway shall be constructed and improved and shall be maintained, so long as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania retains jurisdiction over said highway, by the Department of Highways in accordance with the existing laws of the Commonwealth relating to the construction, improvement, and maintenance of State highways.
