Section 101 - Land for home for President may be ceded to United States

Subject to the terms and conditions and limitation in this act contained, the Governor of this Commonwealth, for and in behalf of, and in the name of, this Commonwealth, be and he is hereby authorized and empowered to grant and convey unto the United States of America a tract of land, not to exceed one thousand acres in area, to be selected by the duly authorized officers and agents of the United States of America from any lands heretofore reserved or acquired and now owned and held for forest reserves, to be used for erecting thereon a dwelling and home for the President of the United States, and such other buildings and improvements as may be deemed incidental and necessary for the proper maintenance of such dwelling and home, for the purchase price therefor of one cent for each acre of land so granted and conveyed.
