In recognition of the dedication and valor of those who served in the Armed Forces of the United States and cognizant of the immediate need to provide a final resting place for those brave and loyal citizens, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby authorizes the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor and the Department of Military Affairs, to convey without charge to the United States of America title to a certain tract of land, situate in the Townships of East Hanover and Union, County of Lebanon, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and being part of Fort Indiantown Gap, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in East Hanover Township, Lebanon County, at the eastern end of a 97.01 foot arc connecting the southern right-of-way of Old Cumberland Road (T-601), a 40 foot right-of-way, to the eastern right-of-way line of Fisher Avenue, an 80-foot right-of-way; thence along the southern right-of-way line of Old Cumberland Road (T-601) south 52 degrees 52 minutes 52 seconds east, a distance of 128.64 feet to a point; thence across Old Cumberland Road (T-601) at right angles to the last mentioned course and along land now or late of Ray M. and Ruth Ann Funck north 37 degrees 07 minutes 08 seconds east, a distance of 230.00 feet to a point; thence along the same north 52 degrees 52 minutes 52 seconds west, a distance of 240.40 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Fisher Avenue L.R. Together with all and singular, the improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property claim and demand whatsoever.
Exclusive of all existing rights-of-way for water lines, sewerage lines and mains, outfalls, electric power lines, telephone and communications lines, gas lines, State maintained roads, township maintained roads and rights of ingress and egress.
