If at any time hereafter, any additional lands adjoining those above described shall be purchased by the United States for use of the said Carlisle Barracks Military Reservation or the New Cumberland General Depot, respectively, or for any other military purpose, this act shall be construed to vest in the United States jurisdiction over such additional lands to the same extent as is vested by this act over the tracts or parcels above described.
