Section 2107 - Rights and dutiesThe rights and duties created under this act:
(1) Shall exist, with respect to a living artist or a deceased artist's heir, legatee or personal representative, until the end of the 50th year following the artist's death.(2) May not be waived except by a written statement expressly so providing and signed by the artist or under the conditions prescribed in section 8 . (3) Shall not exist with respect to a work of fine art created under contract for advertising or other commercial use, unless the contract so provides.1986, Dec. 11, P.L. 1502, No. 161, § 7, effective in 60 days.
