Section 850.802 - Approval.(a) Submission.--A management entity may apply to the department for the purposes of funding an eligible project or for covering debt service payments related to debt incurred to fund an eligible project.(b) Agencies.--The department, in consultation with the Office of the Budget , shall approve two applications within six months of the effective date of this section and may approve additional applications thereafter.(c) Approval schedule.--The department shall develop a schedule for the approval of applications.(d)Reapplication.--If an application is not approved under this section, the applicant may revise the application and plan and reapply for approval.
