Section 400.16 - Reporting requirementsCenters shall be required to annually submit to the partnership the following:
(1) The center's current mailing address and telephone number.(2) A copy of the center's current articles of incorporation and bylaws if they are amended during the previous year.(3) A list of the center's current officers and directors.(4) Financial information as the partnership may require.(5) Disclosure information of the center's officers and directors as the partnership may require to ensure the integrity of this act.1993, July 2, P.L. 439, No. 64, § 16, effective in 120 days.
