Section 9805 - . Tobacco Revenue Bond Debt Service Account.(a) Establishment.--There is established in the State Treasury a restricted account in the General Fund to be known as the Tobacco Revenue Bond Debt Service account. (b)Annual payments.--The amount of each annual payment received under the Master Settlement Agreement and pledged by the Commonwealth under section 2804 and certified by the secretary for the payment of principal and interest for bonds issued under this article shall be deposited in the account upon receipt of each annual payment. (c) General revenue.--General revenues pledged by the Commonwealth in section 2804 and certified by the secretary for the payment of principal and interest for bonds issued under this article shall be deposited in the accounts in amounts determined by the secretary. (d) Payments on bonds.--Payments of principal and interest due on the bonds shall be made from the account. Added by P.L. TBD 2017 No. 43, § 45.1, eff. 10/30/2017.
