No later than August 1, 2024, and each August 1 thereafter, the sum of fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) shall be transferred from the proceeds of the tax imposed under this article to the Clean Streams Fund established under section 1712-A.2 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as "the Fiscal Code."
