Section 5860.705 - Duty of county and bureau; enforcement provision

With respect to properties to which the county has title under this article, it shall be the duty of the county and of the bureau to perform every fiduciary duty imposed on them by law, including, but not limited to, making a pro rata distribution of rents, profits and issues of the properties to the appropriate taxing districts according to the interest of the taxing districts in the properties and the entitlement of the taxing districts to the rents, profits and issues, and also including, but not limited to, selling properties subject to this article, if the sale is a good faith exercise of the fiduciary duty imposed. A taxing district may enforce the provisions of this section by an action at law or in equity, or as otherwise provided by law.
