Section 3919.5101 - Repeals(a) Absolute.-- Article XVI-B of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 343, No. 176), known as The Fiscal Code, is repealed.(b) General.--All other acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with Chapter 3. 1999, Feb. 9, P.L. 1, No. 1, § 5101, imd. effective.
