Section 3919.508 - Enforcement and penalties(a) Injunction.--The Commonwealth may enjoin a violation of section 504 . (b) Withhold funding.--The Commonwealth has the right to withhold funding under this chapter and to exercise all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any of the following:(1) Failure of a professional sports organization to comply with the provisions of this chapter in a timely and appropriate manner.(2) A violation of a covenant under any agreement with or for the benefit of the Commonwealth relating to the construction or renovation or use of the facility.(3) Any other violation of law applicable to the construction or renovation or use of the facility.(c) Civil penalty.--A person that intentionally, recklessly or negligently violates this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty of up to $100,000 per violation.(d) Criminal penalty.--A person that intentionally or knowingly provides false or fraudulent information or makes a material misrepresentation under this chapter commits a misdemeanor of the third degree. 1999, Feb. 9, P.L. 1, No. 1, § 508, imd. effective.
