Section 1727-J - Department of Labor and Industry.The following apply to appropriations to the Department of Labor and Industry:
(1) From money appropriated to the Department of Labor and Industry for industry partnerships: (i) No less than the amount allocated in the 2014-2015 fiscal year shall be allocated for a work force development program that links veterans with employment in a home rule county that was formerly a county of the second class a.(ii) $3,000,000 shall be distributed as grants upon recommendation from the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board to support current and emerging work force needs.Added by P.L.
