Section 1712.1-F.3 - Office of the Budget.The following shall apply to the Office of the Budget:
(1) No later than 60 days after the effective date of this paragraph, the Secretary of the Budget shall transfer to the School Environmental Repairs Program Restricted Account $75,000,000 from money appropriated to agencies under the Governor's jurisdiction for general government operations for fiscal years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, which remained unexpended. The transfers under this paragraph shall be as follows:(i) No less than $60,000,000 from the Department of Revenue.(ii) The remaining $15,000,000 shall be determined by the Secretary of the Budget.(2) Upon transfer under paragraph (1), the Secretary of the Budget shall provide a list of appropriations and amounts transferred to the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate and the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
