Section 1723-F - Department of Environmental Protection.The following apply:
(1) Funds appropriated for support of the Susquehanna River Basin Commission shall be expended as follows: (i) No more than 25% of the amount appropriated may be expended each quarter of the fiscal year.(ii) For each quarter of the fiscal year, amounts shall be used as follows:(A) For quarterly reimbursement to the Auditor General for the costs incurred in auditing the Susquehanna River Basin Commission under section 1715-F(1).(B) Any amount that may be expended in each quarter after reimbursement under clause (A) shall be used for purposes provided under the act of July 17, 1968 ( P.L. 368, No.181), referred to as the Susquehanna River Basin Compact Law.(2) Funds appropriated for support of the Delaware River Basin Commission shall be expended as follows: (i) No more than 25% of the amount appropriated may be expended each quarter of the fiscal year.(ii) For each quarter of the fiscal year, amounts shall be used as follows:(A) For quarterly reimbursement to the Auditor General for the costs incurred in auditing the Delaware River Basin Commission under section 1715-F(2).(B) Any amount that may be expended in each quarter after reimbursement under clause (A) shall be used for purposes provided under the act of July 7, 1961 ( P.L. 518, No.268), known as the Delaware River Basin Compact.Added by P.L.
