Section 1799.4-E - Liquor code terms.Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary the following terms when used in the act of April 12, 1951 ( P.L. 90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, shall have the following meanings:
(1) "Best selling items" shall mean the 150 most sold brands and product types of wine and the 150 most sold brands and product types of liquor as measured by the total number of units sold on a six-month basis calculated every January 1 and July 1.(2) "Commercial and mixed-use overlay project" shall include an existing or proposed hotel with at least ninety rooms.Amended by P.L.
