Section 1771-A.1 - Definitions.

The following words and phrases when used in this Subarticle shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Fund." The Environmental Stewardship Fund established under 27 Pa.C.S. § 6104(a) (relating to fund).
