Section 1743-A.1 - Transfer of funds.(a) Fiscal year 2015-2016.--For fiscal year 2015-2016, the sum of $12,000,000 allocated under section 307(C) of the act of July 9, 2008 (1st SP.SESS., P.L. 1873, No.1), known as the alternative energy investment act, shall be transferred to the fund for use by the authority. (b)Fiscal year 2016-2017.--For fiscal year 2016-2017, the sum of $12,000,000 allocated under section 307(C) of the alternative energy investment act shall be transferred to the fund for use by the authority. (c) Fiscal year 2017-2018.--For fiscal year 2017-2018, the sum of $6,000,000 from the trust account established under 64 Pa.C.S. § 1541 (relating to trust accounts) for the building Pennsylvania program shall be transferred to the fund for use by the authority.
