Section 1504-A - Contributions(a) Eligible employee payment.--Except as provided under subsection (b), each eligible employee covered by life insurance shall pay, either directly or by means of a payroll deduction authorized by the employee, the cost of the insurance in an amount as may be determined from time to time on the basis of the actual total costs of the life insurance policy or policies contracted for by the Commonwealth.(b) Commonwealth payment.--The Commonwealth may agree to pay all or any of the costs for life insurance.1929, April 9, P.L. 343, No. 176, art.
