Section 1106 - Resettlement of accounts of subsidiary corporations

In any case where, under the provisions of section eleven hundred five of this act, the Board of Finance and Revenue shall authorize the resettlement of any account of any corporation, leasing or operating the works, or owning either the whole or a majority of the capital stock of another corporation, or whose works are leased or operated, or of whose capital stock either the whole or a majority is owned by another corporation, the credit or charge, as the case may be, resulting from such resettlement may, with the consent of the proper officers of both companies, be transferred to the account of either of said corporations.
