The sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Pennsylvania State Police for the two fiscal years beginning June first, one thousand nine hundred thirty-five, for payment of the salaries, wages or other compensation of such instructors or other employes as may be necessary for the proper conduct of the work of the Pennsylvania State Police under the provisions of this act.
