Section 1703 - Department of Property and Supplies as purchasing agency for F.C.W.A

The Department of Property and Supplies shall have authority to act as purchasing agency for the purchasing of any and all kinds of materials, supplies and personal property for the Federal Civil Works Administration, or any other Federal agency which shall be engaged in the expenditure of Federal moneys in Pennsylvania, upon request of such agency through its duly authorized agent or representative.
