The State Planning Board with which is hereby merged and consolidated the State Board of Housing shall be a departmental administrative board within the Department of Commerce and shall be deemed subject to all the provisions of "The Administrative Code of 1929." as now or hereafter amended, which apply generally to departmental administrative boards.
