As used in this act, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Commission." The Pennsylvania Commission for the United States Semiquincentennial , or America250PA, established by this act.
"Pennsylvania pavilion." Pennsylvania's headquarters during the Semiquincentennial that showcases the Commonwealth's history, people, innovations, culture and resources.
"Secretary." The Secretary of Community and Economic Development of the Commonwealth.
