Section 908 - Secretary to be custodian of title documents relating to real estate owned by Commonwealth

The Secretary of Community Affairs is hereby made the custodian of all deeds, contracts, maps, surveys, policies of title insurance, abstracts of title, and other documents or instruments relating to the titles to real estate owned or hereafter to be acquired by the Commonwealth.
