Section 1315 - Appointment of special fire-wardens authorized; powers and duties

The chief forest fire-warden may appoint persons who will serve without compensation as special or as ex officio forest fire-wardens. They shall have the same power and authority as local forest fire-wardens, but their duties may be changed or extended by the chief forest fire-warden.
