In place of the membership of the Secretary of Community Affairs on the State Agricultural Land Preservation Board under section 14.1 of the act of June 30, 1981 (P.L. 128, No. 43) , known as the Agricultural Area Security Law, the Governor shall make an additional appointment undersection 14.1(a)(1)(ii) of the Agricultural Area Security Law.
