Section 733-1101 - Criminal prosecutions

Upon discovery, by report or otherwise, of any alleged violation of any criminal law of this Commonwealth, which relates to an institution, the department shall refer the matter to the proper criminal enforcement authorities and notify other regulatory agencies.
