Section 580.16 - Veterans preference (Adm. Code Section 2236)

Pennsylvania blind veterans shall be given preference in placement at their first vending location. This preference shall be applicable only for entry to the program and only in competition with other entering trainees. It may only be used once under the business enterprises regulations as provided for in section 2222(6) .
