Section 464a - Study of watersheds as basis for flood control

The Department of Forests and Waters is hereby authorized and directed to make a survey and study of the various watersheds of the Commonwealth for the purpose of determining, for the benefit of this Commonwealth and the Federal Government, where and in what manner flood control may be secured.
