Section 325 - Transfer of powers and duties relating to abandoned and unclaimed property from the Secretary of Revenue (Adm. Code Section 1105)

The powers and duties of the Secretary of Revenue under Article XIII.1 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 343, No. 176), known as "The Fiscal Code," are hereby transferred to the State Treasurer.
