The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Executive agency." As defined in section 102 of the act of act of October 15, 1980 ( P.L. 950, No.164), known as the Commonwealth Attorneys Act.
"Office." The Office of State Inspector General.
