Section 32 - Other inconsistent acts repealed

All other acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, including all acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith enacted at this session of the General Assembly, and approved by the Governor or passed notwithstanding the Governor's veto, prior to the passage of this act.
