Each member of PDIC shall file without PDIC such information as PDIC may determine to be necessary or appropriate for the purpose of making assessments under section 3. The department shall make available to PDIC all or such part of such information and such compilations and analyses thereof as PDIC, by bylaw, shall specifically request.
