Section 6020-16 - Federal agency references(a) Any reference in this act to the Federal Home Loan Bank Board shall mean the Office of Thrift Supervision under section 3 of the Home Owners' Loan Act (48 Stat. 128, 12 U.S.C. § 1462a ).(b) Any reference in this act to the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation shall mean the Savings Association Insurance Fund of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.1967, Dec. 14, P.L. 746, No. 345, § 116, added 1992, July 9, P.L. 414, No. 89, § 2, imd. effective.
