Section 607 - License feesA. Each application for license shall be accompanied by a license fee as set forth in section 603-A of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175), known as "The Administrative Code of 1929."B. A separate license fee of like amount shall be paid for each place of business conducted by a licensee within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.C. No abatement in the amount of the said license fee shall be made if the license is issued for less than one year, or if the license is surrendered, cancelled or revoked prior to the expiration of the license year for which such license was issued.D. All licenses under this act shall expire on October first, annually. A renewal license fee in the same amount shall be paid annually on or before October first for each respective type of license and for each place of business.E. All license fees and fines received by the department under this act shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a special fund for the use of the department in administering this and other laws of the Commonwealth placed under its administration.1947, June 28, P.L. 1110, §7.
