Section 203 - State agency

A State Agency is hereby created to carry out the provisions of this act, which shall consist of the Secretary of Labor and Industry. He shall, with the approval of the Governor, appoint such additional employes as may be deemed necessary to carry on the work required by this act, and fix the salary or compensation of such additional employes.
