Section 2574 - Violations(a) Imposition.--The department may impose a civil penalty of up to $10,000 for each violation of this act.(b)Unfair trade practices.--A person who is in violation of this act shall be in violation of the act of December 17, 1968 (P.L.1224, No.387), known as the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.Added by P.L. 1022 2014 No. 118, § 704, eff. 11/1/2014.
