Section 2529 - Renewal of license(a) Procedure.--An application for renewal of a license shall be submitted to the department in the manner determined by the department. The application for renewal shall be accompanied by a fee of $1,250.(b)Required condition.--The department shall determine the information and documentation that shall be provided in the application for renewal of a license in a manner sufficient to establish that the licensee will continue to conduct its business in accordance with this act.Added by P.L. 1022 2014 No. 118, § 309, eff. 1/1/2015.
