Section 42.15 - Rules and regulations

The board may make such reasonable rules and regulations as it deems necessary and proper in order to carry out the intent and purposes of this act within the scope of this act. The board shall adopt and administer appropriate rules and regulations establishing a list of drugs which may be administered and prescribed by a podiatrist.
