(a) The board shall determine all fees necessary to the administration of this act.(b) Fees shall be collected by the board through the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs and shall be paid into the Professional Licensure Augmentation Account established pursuant to and for use in accordance with the act of July 1, 1978 (P.L. 700, No. 124) , known as the "Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs Fee Act." 1982, June 15, P.L. 502, No. 140, § 17, effective in 90 days.
