Section 567 - Provisions severable

The provisions of this act are severable, and in the event any provisions thereof shall be declared unconstitutional, it is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that the remaining portions would be enacted notwithstanding such judicial determination of the invalidity of any particular provision or provisions in any respect.
