Section 479.20 - Severability

The provisions of this act are severable, and if any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or requirement of this act shall be held to be unconstitutional, such decisions of the court shall not affect or impair the validity of the remaining portions thereof. The Legislature hereby declares that it would have passed this act, each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase and requirement thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases or requirements be declared unconstitutional.
