Section 455.552 - Application for license(a) An application for a license as a builder-owner salesperson shall be made, in writing to the department, upon a form provided for the purpose by the department, and shall contain such information as to the applicant as the commission shall require.(b) The applicant shall submit a sworn statement by the builder-owner by whom he is employed certifying to such employment.(c) The application shall be received by the commission within three years of the date upon which the applicant passed the examination. 1980, Feb. 19, P.L. 15, No. 9, § 552, imd. effective.
