Section 422.7 - Reports of the board(a) Reports to Department of State.--The board shall submit annually to the Department of State an estimate of the financial requirements of the board for its administrative, investigative, legal and miscellaneous expenses.(b) Reports to House and Senate Appropriations Committees.--The board shall submit annually to the House and Senate Appropriations Committees, 15 days after the Governor has submitted his budget to the General Assembly, a copy of the budget request for the upcoming fiscal year which the board previously submitted to the department.(c) Reports to other House and Senate committees.--The board shall submit annually a report, to the Professional Licensure Committee of the House of Representatives and to the Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure Committee of the Senate, containing a description of the types of complaints received, status of cases, board action which has been taken and the length of time from the initial complaint to final board resolution. The report shall also include a statement of the numbers and types of licenses granted and a statement on physician assistant use in this Commonwealth, including geographic location and practice settings.1985, Dec. 20, P.L. 457, No. 112, § 7, effective 1/1/1986.
